ABSTRACT
This chapter considers and explores the career journey of successful female leaders. Interviews were conducted with global female leaders to explore how these women plan and execute their career goals and aspirations. In addition to exploring the challenges these female leaders encounter in their career, this chapter has also identified strategies women used effectively as part of their leadership.
