ABSTRACT

Every enterprise consists in personnel that think in a certain way. This constitutes the culture of the enterprise. The founder of the enterprise is the establisher of this culture, unless the personnel have further expanded it. When taking on new personnel, it must be established whether they fit into the culture of the enterprise. For the enterprise, via the questionnaires the ‘thinking’ and ‘actions’ of the enterprise are established in a certain colour. Change processes in an enterprise take place not only at the individual level, but also at the level of groups of and the organisation. A greater chance of a successful change programme because the intervention techniques that are applied are attuned to the culture within the enterprise, the group and the individual.
