ABSTRACT

The most important success factor in any digital management transformation is the human element, bar none. Perennial success in the Symbiocene age demands a symbiosis between the digital construct and employees. The most profitable operators are those who look upon their digital construct as powerful enablers of employee performance. Symbiosis is visible when the worker utilizes the features of the digital construct that are available to him instinctively and naturally without giving it a second thought. Digital management is different than its organizational brethren because of the unique DNA carried by the digital construct. The success of the transformation is propitiated by leadership, individual and organizational. The nature of the Digital Construct Manager role places it at the center of the operational readiness of the digital construct, the one that will interact most frequently with users. The digital sculptor is the technical master of rendering computer models into virtual or augmented reality.
