ABSTRACT
Many people have a fantastic idea for a new product or service, others just want to ‘start for myself’ and set up a business or as a self-employed entrepreneur without personnel. Some entrepreneur's are enthusiastic about their idea but have to close down their business after a year. Innovative ideas do not necessarily have to be technical, they can also relate to the way in which entrepreneur approach the market and sell their product. Suppose entrepreneur have a wonderful idea for a product and you want to protect it to prevent the competition from running away with it. Or entrepreneur wants to prevent another company using entrepreneur's brand name for a similar product. In a business plan entrepreneur describe the mission of their enterprise. Mission statement contains what entrepreneur's enterprise wants to propagate to the outside world and is a guiding principle in the further elaboration of their business plan.
