Many entrepreneurs are focused mainly on selling their products and managing their business efficiently. Accounting is not necessarily a hobby of theirs and consequently tends to be neglected. Make sure to get a separate bank account for entrepreneurs business in addition to their private account. A trade association can often provide information about useful programs for entrepreneur’s kind of business. It may be that upon starting entrepreneur's business they do not need personnel or can use temporary workers. Make an organization model for entrepreneur enterprise based on the tasks and competences. If entrepreneur's business is very small, entrepreneur may omit the organization model. Ask the Tax Authorities for information when entrepreneur plan to start hiring personnel. Personnel often represent the biggest debit item of entrepreneur's business. A fixed overhead also makes entrepreneur less flexible.
