ABSTRACT
This chapter describes how exactly students set to work carrying out a project from start to finish in an easy step-by-step manner. The project proposal is evaluated by the sponsors and client and the decision is made whether or not to go through with the project. The project plan is the definition of the project. It is a contract between the project group and the sponsor. Making sure that project member’s work together effectively towards achieving the ultimate project result requires good organization. To ensure a successful project, the parties involved must be well informed at all times. The decision has been made to start the project and the project plan approved. Once the project has been started, it is important to make sure the project yields the desired results within the available budget and at the agreed time.
