ABSTRACT
The challenge of a secret life is one many people have had to struggle with. Regardless of the components of Kate’s lines, the key knowledge that presents itself is Kate’s knowledge towards Ray’s secret life. Ray is hiding something from Kate, he knows this, and the likelihood is that he has been lying to her for some time. The lying is very important, especially in context of their relationship. Whatever is happening, it is equally vitally important to maintain it as well as its secrecy from Kate. There’s been no indicator he has tried or even considered ending their marriage, and there’s no indication he intends to end whatever it is he is doing alone, so for the time being he is living in the belief that he can juggle both.
