ABSTRACT
The case study captures how positive organization change was led in a methodological and creative way, by means of the co-creative “energize, redesign, and gel” method, within a training department of a Middle Eastern positioned insurance company – with the aid of a strategic human resource development (HRD) consultancy. In the United States, the federal government deems management consultants to be “management analysts.” In Canada, management consulting remains vibrant, adaptable, and vital to the local and global marketplaces. In the United Kingdom (UK) , the statistics published by the Management Consultancies Association (MCA), which takes into its fold 60 percent of the UK management consulting sector, reveal that the consulting industry enjoyed solid growth in fee income of 8.05 percent in 2015. With reference to Central and Eastern Europe (CEE), excluding Russia, 2017 saw a solid year of growth for the consulting market, with each and every market in the region growing faster than in 2016.
