ABSTRACT

The traffic light system is a good visualization of how to gauge change progress. The mobile app transfers employees’ data, as well as achievements onto the enterprise internal/social network. The tool allows them to showcase their fieldwork to peers and senior colleagues. A challenge is a situation that tests someone’s capabilities, a team challenge is more. It helps in developing brainstorming skills, but also aids in building positive team-working skills and creating unit cohesion. The strength of any enterprise lies in its people – and its people working as a well-functioning team. Change cannot survive by itself. It must be reinforced and sustained in order to actually be well-managed, and the old ways banished to corporate history. A reward is a benefit for having achieved something positive. Reward strategies help to attract staff, to retain staff, to recognize staff, and to drive positive strategic change.
