ABSTRACT
The dimension of interactivity defines additional forms of content. Interactive short-form text can be recognised as the basis of messaging services such as Telegram and WhatsApp. Interactive text-based content is also the basis for the content on channels such as Reddit. The different social media channels mentioned here are only indicative examples – and overly simplify the content. Despite the ready availability of quality video recording devices on phones, there are still many people who will become immobilised when they know that a recording is being intended for public sharing. The interplay between vehicles and venues is a balance between what people's personas want and where they want it. Tied to the importance of authenticity, originality is a further consideration for any personal presence and should be a priority. The problem of fake news emphasises the importance of content and its importance in the economies of digital channels to retain visitors by offering similar content.
