ABSTRACT

The task is still harder because the standard for what is considered engaging is always shifting. Content that would have been regarded as compelling five years ago is just seen as average today. Creating content can become an exhausting process if people do not harness people's own creativity. The idea of an eccentric inventor, rogue programmer or disheveled artist painting in a basement is the typical Hollywood caricature of a creative individual. The number one difficulty that small and medium-size businesses identify is finding qualified people with technical skills. The underlying problem that they less regularly recognise is finding people with an understanding of technology who can translate this into the vocabulary of business and management. Technical skills and technical translation skills are both incredibly valuable. The range of abilities covered by technical skills is also very large. The future is incredibly difficult to predict, and people are conscious of the Maes-Garreau law.
