The emergency services deal with the high points of human drama such as fires, sea or mountain rescues. Violent crime rates are actually falling in many countries. Online fraud and scams are increasing. Broadcast journalists are perfectly aware of anxiety caused by fear of crime in society, even if their critics complain that they seem oblivious and enjoy scaring people. Weather changes hour by hour and is about variations of things like humidity, cloudiness, temperature, sunshine and wind.
