ABSTRACT

This final chapter emphasizes that IT-enabled dynamic capabilities (IT-DC) and IT-enabled ordinary capabilities (IT-OC) are important process capabilities for adapting to environments and situations (or creating new environments) to dynamically change the capabilities of a company. Corporations (organizations) must take the “with corona” and “after corona” environments as opportunities for self-transformation, and further promote digital transformation of work styles to achieve sustainable innovation. For companies, management to achieve competitive IT capabilities and build new business models is intrinsic to the interactions between the physical resources of IT and the dynamic strategic and the integration of organizational resources of IT-DC and IT-OC (strategic innovation capabilities) of the company.
