ABSTRACT

This chapter discusses the ways to overcome testing anxiety, questions the student must ask before studying for and taking tests, the three-step process to acing tests: before, during, and after the test and how to use failed tests to become a better student. The student who suffer from test anxiety often struggle to concentrate during exams. Some professors won’t mind a barrage of questions like these, but others might, so read the professor and see how much information he’s willing to share. They report feeling depressed, and they often experience physical symptoms, such as nausea, headaches, and dizziness. The good news with test-taking is the student get better with practice, so keep honing best test-taking methods, and don’t give up. Testing can be difficult, but the more you do it, the better you’ll get, so keep practicing.
