There are hundreds of social media platforms, but most startups only need to focus on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. That is because in the first year the goal is to build credibility and brand awareness. Social Sales Link teaches corporate teams and entrepreneurs how to leverage the power of LinkedIn for social selling. In 2020, Social Sales Link launched a program for coaches and entrepreneurs. It offers free webinars, a content library for e-learning, and monthly group coaching. Social Sales Link has created and led corporate training programs for more than 30 banks and leading corporations such as Penn Mutual, McKesson, and Aramark. Armed with smartphones, customers now take their commerce with them and do price comparisons on the go, without the need to ever see a product in “real time.” To remain relevant, businesses must shift from transactional thinking to relationship building, or go out of business.
