ABSTRACT
Prior to outlining a proposed solution to the treatment of breaches of insurance warranties and other provisions, this chapter aims to draw together in one place an analysis of the key problems and wide range of challenges facing any attempt to develop an equitable and balanced approach to the reform of the law. The objective is to summarise the issues as an input for evaluating the solution that is subsequently proposed.
