ABSTRACT
This chapter agues for a reconfiguring of local authorities as 20 minute communities curated by community teams each based in its own community team headquarters at the heart of the community. The community team will have an ethical duty to promote wellbeing evidenced through the value maps. The constituent parts of a community team are explored based on their value priorities.
