ABSTRACT
The love of money is not the root of all evil. On the contrary, it would be unreasonable not to love it. This chapter shows how money buys us freedom, peace, cooperation, leisure, health, and safety. Money is essential to helping people cooperate on a mass scale. It can even buy love and happiness. Money, what’s not to love?
