ABSTRACT
This chapter discusses artificial emotions are being designed into intelligent robots and examines revolutionary innovations as the result of the development of agora robots and agora informats. An artificial intelligence (AI) network is a kind of internet that has AI linked to the actual network. An important purpose of the AI network is that it will help the user to achieve goals, even when the external world changes. A social intelligent robot will have a very highly developed logical and rational intelligence. In addition, a social robot will be able to develop artificial emotions. What may seem alarming to many, from a relationship perspective, is the fact that human relationships are being reduced to shorter and shorter physical meetings. The AI network, artificial intelligence and intelligent robots will develop what we refer to here as agora robots. These agora robots will develop artificial intelligence, artificial relationships, artificial emotions and the ability to empathize.
