ABSTRACT

This chapter discusses the digitization is the necessary condition for work in the future. However, the sufficient conditions are intelligent robots, informats, artificial intelligence (AI) and the new AI network. Technological and economic singularity forms the basis for social singularity, and it is against this backdrop that working life will be shaped at the beginning of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. The new technology generates new educational programmes that maintain and develop the new technology. Technology development is further enhanced, th ande human brain is imitated copied, and many new technological innovations emerge. Almost all human work, both physical and mental, is taken over by intelligent robots. The issue of equal working hours and equal working conditions has its origin in the industrial society. When artificial intelligence, biotechnology, 3D printers, cloud computing, informats, the AI network, nanotechnology, “gene chips” and genetic data analysis are all integrated into a systemic entity, the global brain will have emerged.
