ABSTRACT

Every year, many of the new products that are introduced fail. In today’s world, we are not suffering from an under-abundance of products. In fact, in most instances we are overloaded with “products,” but people around the world are still lacking real solutions to the problems that they are dealing with on a daily basis. That is why I’ve called this building block the [S] Product. It isn’t just a product. It’s one that offers a true solution to a problem faced by your LRTC and serves as a platform for service to flow between your com pany, customers and other members of the value system that you build.
