This is by far the most practical step of all of those included within the Building Value through Marketing process. It is the hardest of all to teach in a classroom setting because in order to actually put this step into practice, you must have an actual [S] Product to launch. Unless you are actually applying this step to your implementation of the marketing strategy you’ve developed, the explanation that follows will most likely sound very basic and straightforward. In fact, this the most challenging, complicated and time-consuming of all steps in that it is an endless and ongoing process of constant and never-ending improvement which makes it very simple to explain, but far more difficult to actually do.
