ABSTRACT
Balinese gamelan musicians do not usually use any form of notation in the learning, or performance, of their music. This transcription, using Western staff notation with some modifications, was created by Zachary Hejny. It is a descriptive notation showing what the instruments play between 4:10 and 5:18 of the gateway recording.
