It is a descriptive notation, made—most probably—by a fan of Los Tigres del Norte who wanted to perform “La Bala.” This anonymous fan then uploaded their notation to a website, https://tusacordes.com" xmlns:xlink="https://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">tusacordes.com, which hosts hundreds of similar notations and makes them available for free. At the top of the notation we see a list of capital letters, which are the names of the chords used in the harmony of this song. (This is the way the transcriber indicates the chords one must know how to play in order to perform the song.) Most often, musicians will play these chords on a keyboard or on a guitar.
