ABSTRACT

This chapter discusses monitoring, measurement, analysis and evaluation of the product. The responsibility of the quality assurance manager, food safety manager and environment manager is: to define the measurements required, define the methods of measurement, analyse and evaluate the data, take appropriate actions, communicate the requirements to appropriate personnel. The chapter includes validation and verification procedure, resource management, non-conformance reports, corrective actions, audit reports, inspection reports, and monitoring and measurement framework. ABCCL regularly monitors and measures the key characteristics of the operation that can have a significant impact on the performance of ABCCL’s Integrated Quality, Food Safety and Environmental Management System (IQFSE ). This includes the documentation of information to analyse trends and monitor and/or measure the effectiveness of its process; products; customer satisfaction; and IQFSE.
