ABSTRACT

This chapter discusses operational planning and control of the integrating business management processes. The additional responsibilities of the management team are to identify critical operations and develop documented procedures to ensure compliance to ABCCL’s requirements and legal requirements. The additional responsibilities of the QA Manager are: to provide the necessary training to the staff and to present performance data at management review meetings. The chapter includes planning of IQFSE management system, customer requirements, legal requirements, external provision, and design and development procedure. Operational control is necessary to ensure that operations are performed as specified under controlled conditions. They may be in the form of standard operating procedures or operational procedures. Controls are exercised through these activities: verification, control of processes, release of finished goods, and non-conforming items.
