ABSTRACT
This chapter discusses internal and external context of integrating business management processes. The scope statement has been designed by the senior management taking into consideration ABCCL’s product and service requirements, internal and external issues, needs of interested parties, compliance obligations and physical and functional boundaries. ABCCL’s senior management has specified requirements for the Integrated Quality, Food Safety and Environmental (IQFSE) management system to demonstrate three services. The first service is to consistently deliver products and services that meet customer and applicable regulatory requirements. The second is to enhance customer satisfaction through effective application of management system’s policies and procedures including processes for outsourcing, continual improvement of the system and the assurance of compliance to customer and applicable regulatory requirements. The third is the commitment to reduce the negative impact of our activities on the environment and consider information on significant environmental aspects, which are in control of ABCCL’s operations or that ABCCL can be expected to have an influence on.
