The goal of Chapter 7 is to inspire students to contribute towards systems change via their government. The chapter defines what policy is in an action-based framework. It provides guidance for formulating policy; example happiness, well-being and sustainability policies; and some means for changing an organization to support the creation and implementation of happiness, well-being and sustainability policies. It concludes with action-oriented tips for engaging in policy making
