ABSTRACT
Transpersonal leadership is a combination of transformational leadership and self-actualization as defined by Abraham Maslow. Transpersonal leadership is largely influenced by transpersonal psychology, which focuses on people’s innate drive to attain their potential and to respond to their inner call to transcendence. The distinguishing feature of transpersonal leadership is the integration of intellectual, emotional, and spiritual intelligence, which provides the basis for leading beyond the ego.
