ABSTRACT
In this section, we discuss the shadow, what it is, and the multiple ways in which it affects leader behavior. Fear, especially during times of radical uncertainty, is discussed, as well as the toxic behaviors of many leaders that are essentially fear driven. Narcissism is explored, and its destructive elements are explained.
