ABSTRACT
Chapter 7 clarifies global projects have become an inspiration for young people. These projects lay the foundation for understanding climate change in a comfortable, fun way that promotes action to help serve the environment. Many programs are highlighted for their youth participation. Programs include a global activity, Parachutes for the Planet. Member countries include young people in the United States, China, Nigeria, Canada, and many more countries as well as the Pope. Climate Live is another program launched by young activists to encourage young people through music to become involved. No Future No Children is a movement of youths refusing to have children until serious action is taken by governments for climate change. Global Day of Action and FridaysForFuture are strikes by young people to protest to business and government the immediacy of the need for change to occur for the welfare of the planet. A letter is presented to the public written by the global coordination group of the youth-led strike of 2019.
