ABSTRACT
We will be looking in this chapter at cybersecurity and privacy regulations and focusing on a diverse set of laws at the state level, including the NYS DFS Part 500, California's Consumer Protection Act, Maine and Nevada's privacy laws, Colorado's consumer data privacy, and the new Insurance Data Security Act.
