ABSTRACT
This chapter discusses stakeholder dialogue. Cooperation with various stakeholders is nothing new. But a real and ongoing dialogue with stakeholders is essential in embracing corporate responsibility and a central tool in risk and reputation management. The chapter examines tools for successful dialogue, such as the AA1000 Stakeholder Engagement Standard.
