ABSTRACT
This chapter provides a discussion of the types of sexual predators that may exist within a church. Both sex offenders in leadership positions as well as sex offenders as parishioners are addressed along with characteristics, and the various ways they gain access to their victims. This chapter also explores potential warning signs regarding those persons who are more likely to use their position of trust in the church to victimize others.
