ABSTRACT
This chapter will explore the use of medicines at each stage of gestation, from pre-differentiation or pre-embryonic stage (weeks 0–2 post-conception), Embryonic stage from 3 to 8 weeks post-conception, and the subsequent foetal phase from week 8 until term.
