Hospitality, the fair, and household chores or relaxations comprise this short section; but we have used the title in a largely domestic sense, and in its wider meaning it would of course include several of the later sections of this book (The State of the Nation’, ‘Fashion’, ‘Trades Ballads’, etc.).
