ABSTRACT
JOURNAL: I’ve decided that our quality manager isn’t the intellectual cripple that some would have me believe he is. In fact, increasingly I find that he’s a darned bright guy. I find myself watching him from a different point of view than I once did. First, he’s a pretty adept survivor in an often foreign and hostile land. You’ve got to respect that ability.
