ABSTRACT
JOURNAL: I’m glad I got into those quality costs. One thing is certain. I’ll never again ask my quality guy how our quality costs compare to those of our competition. I’m sure no one else in the entire world collects them as we do. That may he an edge for us. I think we will have a much more useful insight into the impact of quality on the productivity of our operations than our competitors have.
