The company, the executives, everyone and everything in the business must adapt to the changing and challenging outside forces. That’s the key to the present and future success of any organization. It’s the basic and most important thrust of thinking and action for any organization. Rate our company’s performance on each of the individual items (three, four or five for each hole). Then add up our strokes to come up with our score for each hole. Enter the total for each hole on our overall score card to determine our overall performance against the par for each of the 18 holes. People may also want to use the blank scoring cells for bullet style notes to prompt innovative actions to solve problems and exploit opportunities.
