A good attitude is an ingredient employees must have in order to be productive. Most employees produce good results if they are both challenged and supported by a manager with a positive attitude. A great attitude brings about great results. A good attitude brings about good results. Managing with a good attitude is about establishing a healthy business climate, as well as setting a good example. Everyone has a need for attitude renewal from time to time. The pressures of professional and personal lives can interrupt the positive energy of even the most enthusiastic managers. Managers should learn to enjoy their work and, in turn, make sure employees enjoy theirs. Managers who expect a lot may actually motivate employees more than managers who are laissez-faire.
