ABSTRACT

Taking the adage that the only person we can truly change is ourselves, this chapter explains more of process for internal change. Although it poses some organizational questions, it is etched more from the premise that to embrace difference the readers must not only understand our spiritual side, but to let it come out. Although the author tries to anchor, document, and focus points to solid, academic roots, he feel strongly that too much of the literature on the topic of difference is overly academic and hard to follow. If the readers have enjoyed Beyond Difference and Interdependence, Strategies for Change may be of interest to the readers, although the author can not promise when it will be ready.
