ABSTRACT
Purposing here to write for private Remembrance, Memorials of some particular Secret Negotiations, which I have been employed in by the King’s 1 Command for some Years past; I design not to form it as an History of my Life, which was led in a more private Capacity, or to put it into such Shape as to appear publickly in the World.
