Roger the FD is enraged. Apparently the Risk guys have bought some shiny new risk management software. But it won’t talk to Roger’s SAP, which cost a fortune and is supposed to be the future of the business. Meanwhile Anna, who isn’t a team player, says she can’t understand the risk software: it’s too complex for her team to use. And Miguel prefers his Excel spreadsheets.
