ABSTRACT

The exploration of dying and its governance in a transhumanist and posthuman society is a much more complicated one, and this chapter emphasises another layer to it. The many advancements and their impact on human experience are neither found in a vacuum nor are they independent from other factors. The context in which we find them is interactive, ever-evolving, dynamic and mostly human. The social and legal influencers of human life and death are important to consider in this discussion as it helps comprehend the area of human and posthuman rights better.
