ABSTRACT
Chapter 12 is the beginning of the fourth part of the monograph, containing a summary of the considerations, an attempt to standardise and universalise them, and to create a model for effective SD implementation in the extraction industry. And so, this chapter compares the behaviours of different stakeholder groups. Then, these behaviours are classified by their impact and influence on the sustainable development policy implemented by mining enterprises in key extraction regions in the world. Such multi-criteria analysis and typology is the theoretical contribution of the authors for improving the concept of SD in the extraction industry.
