ABSTRACT
Chapter 7 describes our view of Network Leadership and our four practices as a framework to compare and contrast the existing perspectives. Our conclusion is that while there has been a consistent focus on traditional aspects of leadership, namely convening power and leading beyond authority, the enabling functions of understanding the system and restless persuasion have been almost ignored.
