ABSTRACT
The element of time is fundamental in astrology; consumed through the notion of Muhurth. The chapter encompasses aspects of time and suffering, which are explored through the assessments from the interviews and informercials. Most popular belief shared by almost all Hindus is the law of Karma; which governs the very existence of belief system. It denotes the deeds and misdeeds done in present and previous life births, which are enumerated and one has to repay for their actions. Retribution of these transgressions is often faced through suffering. Channels of technology, media and brochures aim to create a structure out of astrology, which visibly asserts itself through guaranteeing well-being of an individual and society.
