ABSTRACT
The purpose of this chapter is to provide a basic introduction to using Psychological Type when working with children and adolescents. The chapter describes how to identify dominant personality traits, build auxiliary types and utilize personality traits as strengths. Strategies for therapists to help parents and educators bond, educate, relate, and create an environment for children to thrive are described. You will also find strategies and techniques to develop and stretch auxiliary functions.
