ABSTRACT
The intrinsic factors include the perceptions, tradition and culture. Extrinsic factors include the architecture, facility, and urban furniture. The aim is that of identifying factors that can be improved according to the following 25 principles of the Urban Health and Liveability Design concerning the following Charter. Two kinds of information are collected. In the first kind of questionnaire, the design hypothesis is verified with demands selected by who carried out the study, suitable with respect both to the results of phase 6 and the object of the case study. Information by both the questionnaire on site and online will be overlapped, to comprehend the satisfaction on the current state and possible changes concerning the place, by common users of it.
