ABSTRACT

This chapter includes many different design projects for a Costume Design class. Projects range from beginner to graduate level and are cross-referenced at the end of the chapter. These projects are structured to teach many different things about costume design, such as research, script analysis, making use of music and art in the design process, using fabric, character development, and projects that use diverse and non-Western cultures. The reader will have a large array of projects to use for the Costume Design class that was created in the last two chapters.
